Stand straight. Bend your left leg at the knee and push it forward by about3’. Pivot yourself on the toes of your right leg. Stabilize yourself and raise your arms to shoulder level. Bend elbows back such that you can bring your palms right next to your shoulders. Fill your mouth with air, so that your cheeks bulge out. Raise your head and hold this position for as long as you can. Breathe normally. Return to base position and repeat for the right leg as well.
Benefits: Keeps the body in shape and also helps energise it; tomes the chest; strengthens knees, back and shoulders.
