Lie on your back and form padmasana while lying down. Keep your knees on the ground. Raise your head and tilt your neck as far back as you can. Place the middle of your head on the ground, arching your chest. Raise your back and chest, keeping the knees on the floor. Hold the toes of both feet with the corresponding hands and rest your elbows on the ground. Take a deep breath and hold the asana for as long as you can, then return to base position. Open the padmasana and relax in shavasana.
