Stand erect, heels together. Place both hands on your chest, fingers interlocked. Stretch your arms out and slowly raise them upwards while breathing in. Raise your heels, stands on tiptoe and stretch your body up. Stay relaxed. Breathe normally. Stay in this position for as long as you can. Unlock your fingers and bring your arms down to your sides. Relax. Repeat 4-5 times.
Benefits: Strengthens the spine, ankles, knees, thighs, abdomen and shoulders; relieve physical exhaustion; helps increase height, and works best in teenage.
